Lapp Electric

They were very nice on the phone. They said they charge $89.99 to diagnose the problem. Why I asked! Dropped to $59.99. In the mean time I figured out the problem, fixed it and left a message I did not need service. The next day , a service guy called and said he would be out in an hour. Told him was cancelled as I fixed myself. The reason I called Lapp Electric, they were a contractor doing work for my employer at the time. They were neat, completed work required on time and employer was satisfied. I would call in the future should I need electrical work.

I'm so pleased with Lapp Electric. I called them this morning and I had same day service. I spoke with Tracy on the phone, who was very accommodating. Their technician, Mike, was promp, pleasant and polite. He was able to correct the problem in less than an hour. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate recommending Lapp Electric!

Extremely happy with the work completed by Lapp Electric. Ben arrived on time and was extremely professional and respectful. He completed the work very quickly and the end product looked fantastic. He made sure all the rooms were cleaned once he was done. Will continue to go back to Lapp Electric for future needs!
