We were having some issues getting our water softener to function properly, so we decided to give Miller & Sons a try. A tech, by the name of Devon, came out the same day and got everything functioning back to normal. We were completely satisfied with the quick response, excellent customer service, Devon’s professionalism, and overall costs. We will definitely continue to use this company for any future needs!

Erik and Seth were great! Super friendly, on time and quick with their work. Erik walked me through how the system worked, answered all my questions and gave me a run down of all the contacts I could reach out to if there were any issues. Erik explained how much salt was needed, how long the salt was estimated to last, etc. As someone who is not familiar with a water softener or hard water in general, this was all a big learning experience for me and Erik made it easy to understand. Seth was super nice, quick with installing electrical, informative, and very professional. Our entire experience with this company has been great from the salesman, to scheduling, to final install. Very quick and speedy service, very nice people and we 100% recommend Miller & Sons!
