RFO Contracting

Quick backstory - We had a recent windstorm dislodge a piece of siding from our house. Over the past three weeks I've reached out to several contractors (some who were nice enough to tell me they "don't do a job that small" and others who just didn't call back). Today, I called RFO Contracting during non-business hours expecting to leave a message (and hopefully get a call back). To my surprise Russ picked up the phone and was extremely friendly from the start. He was nice enough to come out as soon as possible because he didn't want the dislodged siding to become a bigger problem for us. Let me repeat this - It was important to him that we get this repaired before it became a bigger problem for us. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and I've never had one as customer focused, friendly, and communicative as RFO Contracting. Russ and Matt did a fantastic job on our roof. Russ listened to what we needed and was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the entire process.
