Just days after moving into our new house, we discovered a clog in our toilet that resulted in sewer water leaking into our living room. A quick call to Roto Rooter and within an hour Mike discovered the problem and made everything very easy to understand. Clog is now fixed and the damage is now taken care of. Problem turned out to be bigger than a clogged toilet, but Kurt talked me through it and did the work quickly and well. Unfortunately there may have been water damage from the original problem, so this won’t be the last we’ll work together. Altogether a good experience. Service: Toilet repair
Andrew was here within an hour of me calling for service. How awesome is that!?!? Having a sewer issue is stressful and upsetting to say the least. Ugh. He was super friendly, sociable, considerate, pleasant, smiled the whole time, and explained and showed us what the problem was. He gave us great advice for how to solve the issues. It’s so wonderful these days to have a repair company arrive in a short amount of time, quickly assess and immediately solve the problem.
