Above & beyond! Jonathan Wisniewski went above and beyond every expectation I had for my roof replacement , his passion for his clients is unreal and unheard of these days. I met with Jon back in February of 2023 regarding the condition of our 31 year old roof and the concerns we both had from a hail storm that hit Lancaster county the previous year July 2022. Jon is a GREAT communicator and listener of his client’s needs. His knowledge of the roof repairs, replacement is unbelievable, everything you as a client should expect and more. Never once in the time working with Jon was I confused about anything or left in the dark. We recently had our roof replaced due to hail damage & Devon with TEC was wonderful to work with. We are very happy with his service & communication from start to finish. He was here at my house when my insurance adjuster surveyed our damaged roof & he gave us a fair & quick estimate in just a few days. We called a few other roofing companies & received quotes but they weren’t nearly as responsive nor knowledgeable, not to mention affordable.
