They did an excellent job replacing our roof after it was damaged in a hailstorm. Daryl was our project manager and was extremely professional. He walked us through every step of the way and was very knowledgeable. He helped us select an appropriate shingle for our home. The crew that installed the roof was extremely professional as well and did a fantastic job. Daryl from TEC contacted us to see if we had hail damage after our neighbor had referred him after he checked his roof. We had damage and met with him to discuss how we would proceed. He took time to answer our questions and even met with my husband separately to assure him that he and his crew would do a “top quality “ job. My husband hates contractors as they often promise and don’t deliver. Well let me tell you Daryl promised an exceptional and professional job and definitely did deliver! If it wasn’t for Darryl we would never have used a big company like TEC! Manny and his crew of guys were courteous and worked hard to do a quality job for us on our garage and house roofs. Daryl worked hand in hand with our insurance adjuster and even took the time to explain the insurance estimate for us when we had questions. Kyle was my project manager and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very responsive and answered any and all questions I had. TEC and the work crew did an excellent job on the roof installation. All of this was done with little charge to me due to Kyle recommending to file an insurance claim for hail damage I was unaware of at first. Can't recommend them enough.
