Very pleased with Ryan's work. Very professional, quick and trustworthy. He repaired very quick our furnace. It was initially diagnosed dead by the competition that had left us without heat and a very high replacement quote. He has proven that he will not charge you for unnecessary work.

After several rounds of "heating repair roulette" with big name companies who were only out to get as much money as they could for services I did not need, I saw the Scheaffer Mechanical van parked near my house and decided to give them a try. I thought, "well here we go again"! I could not have been more wrong!! From the first phone call with Susan, I could tell this would be different. Troy came and did a thorough diagnostic and let me ask all of my questions based on the past service people that were here and work I had already done on the unit.
