Mr. Earhart identified the issue of my 20+ year old AC system. He answered all the questions to me and my helpful neighbor; based on the whole situation I decided to update the whole system. TopLine did an amazing job getting my 2 minisplits installed, and mounting the condenser in a way that allows me room for a renovation project I have to complete. They made sure to route the condensation to the existing drain in my concrete patio. We got our quote Monday, and they were installed by end of day Wednesday. That efficiency was greatly appreciated with this hot weather. The 2 men who installed were quiet and respectful of my cats, made sure to not let any escape. The only issue I have is the amount of brick dust that ended up all over the first floor, I do suppose that’s part of the process and relatively unavoidable. However, I would have preferred to have some plastic sheets put down or known to do it prior. Overall excellent service, worth the cost. Their financing options were extremely helpful to get this done.
