We couldn't be happier with our addition. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. One example is how they tied the roof lines together. I had Zephyr Thomas replace my rotted wooden porch railing with a new vinyl railing, and I am very happy with their services! I was most impressed with the careful estimate they provided - Dave understood that I wanted to keep costs down as much as possible, and he went above and beyond trying to figure out how to keep as much of my existing railing as possible to cut down on costs. In the end, we discovered that more of the existing railing was rotted than I initially thought, so we did have to replace almost everything, but the time and effort he put into our potential options (rather than trying to just sell a more expensive project) was greatly appreciated! Zephyr Thomas's estimate was also much lower (about 60% lower!) than the estimate I received from the other local company I had come out for an estimate.
