The entire experience with Neffsville was great, from scheduling, to text updates on my appointment, to paperless invoicing everything was very customer friendly and professional. Jesus was the technician that came to my house and he was amazing. He was able to quickly assess everything I needed done, create an estimate right on the spot, and then perform the work the same day. There was a lot to do so at one point I had 3 techs at my house to make sure everything was completed in one day, and it didn't affect the price because they billed me at a flat rate per repair. One of the things I had them do was replace my dishwasher, and they even hauled the old one and the box from the new one away. I am very impressed and will be using Neffsville again in the future. We lost our AC while away on vacation. Made a call after hours and got an appointment time scheduled for a Saturday less than 24 hours later. Issue was quickly assessed and repaired simply. Fee was inexpensive. Great experience!
