Jerry was awesome! Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Walked us through every step of the process in getting an exterior drain unclogged. He provided helpful maintenance tips for us and I even opted in for the service contract because of him. Service: Drain cleaning
I am so grateful that they now are in the York area. This is a wonderful company, I had them come out for a 12 year old A/C checkup. I'm so glad I did and some issues were resolved in no time at all. My tech. Nathan was so friendly and super professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out issues and gave us extremely important things that needed and could be done to make my system run better. I love Neffsville and will be doing more business with them in the future like a water heater and water softening system. I thank them all from the lady on the phone to the tech who did the work!
We lost our AC while away on vacation. Made a call after hours and got an appointment time scheduled for a Saturday less than 24 hours later. Issue was quickly assessed and repaired simply. Fee was inexpensive. Great experience!
