Get more estimates before going with these guys. My bad because I did not get more estimates. They are overpriced. They subcontract their work and they give absolutely awful service after the job is done. I tried to get them to get someone here for three months to fix a problem they caused . The job would have taken about 1 hour total and I got nothing but excuses from them every time I called. I can't say their work is awful. The subcontractors seem to know what they are doing but after the job was finished I kept finding a sorts of little things that should have been taken care of for the amount of money I paid. Just beware of the fast talker when getting an estimate. Everything that is told to you will probably not happen. I give them ample opportunity to fix their mistakes to no avail so think twice.

We are a church and were scheduled to get an estimate from them and they never showed up to the appointment and dishonestly stated that they did, though we were at the subject property waiting on their arrival. After rescheduling, they cancelled our appointment just over an hour before it was scheduled to take place and told us (via email) that they no longer complete the types of services that we were scheduled to have done. They didn't give us the curtesy or respect of a telephone call, but an email. I would not recommend using this company. If they will treat a pastor and congregation with such low regard, I can only imagine how they'd treat some of their other customers or potential customers. In response to the attempts to contact us, you must still be attempting to call the incorrect telephone number. I have advised your staff of the correct number on two separate occasions. We were also at the property during the first scheduled appointment and have no reason to be dishon

I initially had a good experience with them when the work was first completed. I had work done on my mobile home and December of 2019. However one of the items I paid for in my contract was to have heat tapes put on the pipes under the mobile home in December of 2022 my pipes froze and when I had another company come out they said there was no heat tape on any of the pipes. When I contacted Bitner I was originally told that I would receive a refund which I figured was fair as it was explained to me that the subcontractor who did my work was no longer with them. However they have ignored all my attempts to get a hold of them and I never received the refund. I did put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and they did not answer this either. My initial impression was great and I was even willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and accept a partial refund as I understand that things can happen but they totally ignored all my attempts to reach them in an effort to avoid paying
