I chose McClellands based on online reviews. And there is a reason their reviews and ratings are so high. Upon inquiry, they responded in a very timely manner and sent someone to my house within days. They gave me an honest and down to earth opinion of my old roof. I truly trusted the individual (Shannon I think was his name) who came to my house. Their proposal came via email within days. I feel that their pricing is fair and comparable to others. They are not the cheapest quote I received. However, I do feel you get what you pay for and you’re paying for high quality in this case. Communication with this company is incredible. They immediately respond to any questions or concerns. I really like how things are done through email so everything is documented, easy to follow, and makes the process of getting a new roof pretty darn easy. Brock and his crew did a 5-star job on our roof replacement, even with the challenges of multiple layers of shingles and 100-year-old wood. Not only does the roof look great, but they left everything spotless. And they even hooked up our new bathroom ceiling vent for us.
