We recently had a 21 year old heating and cooling system that was having issues and needed to be replaced. We contact McCormicks to get a quote. As part of the quote they went through in detail all the options, type of systems, benefits of each system, evaluating the size of our home and what made the most sense for size, functions and cost. After making the selection of products we planned a date for the work to be done. Their team was right on time the day of the work, came in and installed the system flawlessly. After completing all the working and doing their testing they took the time to take me through in detail the system and how everything worked. When they finished I felt totally comfortable with all the functionality of the system. While they were doing the install I had discussed that their was an issue with heating and cooling of our finished basement. During the install they took the time to add two new registers in the basement and now everything is cooling and heat

Automatic notifications and communication: auto reminders to alert you when your appointment is and then again when service technicians are on their way. 3. Follow up from the company: office staff is always so friendly and does a great job following up after service is done.
