Joe and Josh were prompt and on time. Got right to work doing A/C service and plumbing inspection. Joe went over his A/C service check list and explained testing results. Josh found a cracked drain pipe fitting in kitchen and offered to repair connection and did repair. I was happy with all aspects of their service. Services: A/C system repair, Plumbing pipe repair
I just bought my first home, and knew from others' experiences with this company that I wouldn't be disappointed. Joe was the technician that came to give my heating and cooling system a thorough exam. He explained the thermostat control as well. He was friendly, answered my questions, and explained what he was looking and why. I feel very comfortable with knowing they're committed to taking care of the clients' maintenance needs. We purchased a new HVAC from Wilbur Plumbing last September. Part of the package was a year of their service contract. Joe came for the semi-annual system check and maintenance. He was on time (actually a little early). Did the check in about 30 minutes and then took some time to review the maintenance checklist and explain the numbers and tolerances for the tests performed.
