It was my first time doing business with this company and it won’t be the last. Herman, the representative sent to my home to complete the job, was well mannered and professional. Herman delivered exceptional service and gave a detailed explanation of what was to be done to clean out and inspect my septic system. I highly recommend Associated Products Services .

We just had our septic system pumped and Associated Products Services were great and easy to work with. You can schedule their service to come out via their website which makes the process super simple. We are relatively new homeowners, so we didn't have experience with this sort of thing yet, but Alberto was awesome and provided great advice for how to upkeep our system. We will definitely be working with them in the future!

They promptly pumped my septic tank. The driver said they would send a report to the township, A month later I get a letter from the township that I'm late having my tank pumped. I call this company and the dispatcher said the paperwork has been laying here for a month waiting to be checked and mailed. I ask (not pleasantly of course) why they took the job it they couldn't finish it. She said if I was going to be like that, she was going to hangup the phone. I hung up the phone. I think they have more business than they can handle. I'll do what I can to help them with that problem. I had to leave one star to be able to post. LOL
