Two days this week I was supposed to have someone show up to give me an estimate to replace the roof of my house. Tuesday someone was supposed to show up at 11am. Waited for a few hours and no one showed or called to say they weren't going to make it. Mistakes happen so we rescheduled for today at 8am. Again a no call no show. I had to call into the office to cancel. Never asked my name to cancel the proper SCHEDULED estimate so hopefully someone else doesn't have their day wasted as well. Poor way to do business.
Im so happy there getting a Company that knows how to run a business I hope all the management gets fired when the new owers take over Because the guy that runs commercial don't know his head from his tail end all the Employees work hard to do their jobs The upper management looked down on them an Residential need a new boss Plain simple.They have the guy already working at the Company on the residential side that would be great for the position i hope he Speaks up and goes for the possession when others get fired
This company did such a great job in the middle of winter! They fixed multiple leaks that occurred on my roof at the same time. The quote I was provided was very close to the final bill, and the guys were incredibly knowledgeable and nice when dealing with me. I was very impressed!
