We had an internal and external water leak on our house. Handyside also did our water heater in June so I gave them a call at 7am this morning and our awesome technician Chad arrived a little after 9am same day. He was so kind and compassionate, while sharing my fear of water in a house. He fixed everything up for us both inside and out, provided constant check-in as to what he was doing as he did it, and assured us we would be good to go from here on out! Ron was very knowledgeable about his profession, and took the time to explain the job that he completed to me. He also made some recommendations that I didn't even think about when I asked him about my heating system. I will definitely add his company to my call log if I need any other plumbing service work done.

Austin was on time, friendly, went straight to the problem, and diagnosed the issue effectively. You could tell he knew what he was doing and confidently came up with a solution and offered options. Didn’t “sell us” on anything unnecessary. Was upfront and honest. Despite our AC unit costing thousands of dollars to fix, I am very satisfied with todays visit and would always recommend Handyside as they have never steered us wrong:).
