On the day of installation the crew showed up on time and were all polite and professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. The install was top notch. We manage 14 Residential properties, and at one time had a mix of service contracts with multiple contractors. Because of experience with A&P Furnace, we have consolidated all of our contracts with them. I have found the techs to be well trained and honest, without trying to pad the bill with unnecessary work. They have been very responsive when emergencies do occur, but they have been few and far between because of thorough preventative maintenance.

The company sent someone to determine our furnace problem. Dan and Chuck came the next morning to install the new furnace as it was most cost effective. They were awesome!
