They were on time and they did an OK job. However their charge was 3 times more than other vendors who could come around the same time. We felt that we were robbed. They charged an insane amount ($450, when the going rate is $120-$200 on a Tuesday afternoon, not weekend, not evening, not weekend) to replace a part that is worth $25 with 20 minutes of labor. This is not a good way to keep long term returning customers. We will not use them ever again and will not recommend to anyone. It is a shame Service: Heating system repair

Bob and Tim installed a new a/c system this spring. It was not an easy installation as there was little room in the crawl space. Bob's price was the best by far, and the workmanship was excellent. Recently, we learned we needed a new furnace. Other vendors couldn't give us an estimate for weeks. With winter approaching, my wife and I were getting nervous. Bob Beach worked us into his busy schedule and again gave us a fair price. We give Bob and Tim 6 stars out of 5. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
