Called Shannon HVAC on a Sunday afternoon because our heating system broke. He answered the phone, took our info and was at our house in less than a 1/2 hour. Took him less than an hour to find the issue. Ordered the parts Monday morning and we were back in business. Super responsive service. Rates are reasonable. Highly recommend. We called Scott Shannon at 9pm on a Saturday night when our AC stopped working on the hottest day. He got here within a half hour and did what he could at that moment. He came back out Sunday and found the issue, replaced the part and got our AC back up and running. He was very responsive, communicative and so nice. We are so happy with our decision to call Shannon Heating and Cooling and we will definitely be using him for any of our future heating and cooling needs. Service: HVAC system repair
