Andrew is great, he came for a check up on a leak from our AC that he tried to unclog a few days prior and was successful but there was an extra problem with the drain in the wall which had to do with the condo and not him. He even checked the neighbors AC below us. Even though he came for the second time on an issue unrelated to him he refused to take any money for the second visit and came at a day and time of our choosing.
Andrew has been working on my heating systems since I bought my house and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He’s professional, knows his stuff and is reliable. Definitely recommend him for anyone’s hvac situations. Service: Heating system installation
Fantastic service by Andrew and his team. I had an issue with my A/C not cooling the air over night and called the next morning. Andrew called me back right away to schedule a visit. He actually came even earlier as he was able to squeeze me in before another job. Air By Design is beyond professional, responsive, and reasonable.
