I called the company to replaced my mother’s roof. However due to my busy schedule I was unable to met with them physically. They were so understanding and we did the entire transaction electronically. They send me pics of the updated roof and pics of them replacing the actual roof. I searched for a Roofing Company on Instagram and came across Garrison and called the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I received the free estimate but it was beyond what I was looking for at the time but pretty sure the work that was suggested is what I need so I was hesitant about speaking with them. I contacted Garrison after monitoring their IG page for several months. I was impressed with their work so I reached out for an estimate. They came out immediately and offered a written estimate and told me it was good until the end of the year and came with a warranty. They were not offended when I told them I wanted to have my husband and my father look at the estimate. On the day of service, they arrived early, let me know they were there and went straight to work. My full main roof replacement and porch roof repair took less than a day.
