B2U did a great job replacing our water heater. Their team helped us from the initial visit through procurement, and installation. I am pleased and satisfied with the proficiency and expertise in final installation.

I was directed to B2U via my Warranty Company, but I will hold onto AC's contact info as his work was efficient & as professional as one could be in my opinion. My issue was an outdoor light that suffered from a wiring issue. AC was quick to assess and resolve, which is key if you don't go through a warranty company and worried about the hourly rates of trades-people. I would 100% recommend to friends, family, and really anyone in need of electrical work.

AC was knowledgeable, professional, very neat, and he answered all my questions . When I first called him and told him I had no hot water for two weeks, he went above and beyond to ensure my new hot water tank was installed as soon as possible. He aimed to please his customer. I highly recommend his services. I already referred him to my mother, family, and friends!! I posted this response on behalf of my father who does not have a Google account
