I was referred to B2U through my home warranty. My gas hot water heater was about 20 yrs old so it was definitely time for a new one. AC from B2U installed the new one and he was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased with the service!
B2U did a great job replacing our water heater. Their team helped us from the initial visit through procurement, and installation. I am pleased and satisfied with the proficiency and expertise in final installation.
This was my first experience with B2U, and I must say I was very pleased with their quick response to our service request. They were to reschedule my original appointment to a time more convenient to us. The repair representative who came out was able to find out what the problem was in short order , and he made the necessary repairs within a half hour after arrival.
