Tim and Sam from Economy were the best! They were contracted by my apartment's property management company to help fix leaky pipes under the kitchen sink. They fixed everything quickly and professionally, helped answer my questions, explained everything they were doing, and came with backup solutions. They are very quick and efficient. Came out in a timely manner and was able to diagnose the issue relatively quick. I had two plumbing companies come out before them and they spent hours fiddling around and could not diagnose the issue. They provided me with pictures, which i provided to my insurance company because they told me they would not replace my sewer lines because there was nothing wrong. My insurance quickly approved my claim after i submitted the photos to them. I wish my insurance had contracted them to do the work.

Great customer service, great technician!! Called these folks first thing in the morning after my water wouldn't turn on -- they gave me a time slot for just a couple hours later and the technician, Sam, was early! Sam was amazing, super professional and helpful. He explained what was going on and taught us some important basics for any first-time home owner. Can't recommend the company and Sam enough -- they really care about their customers and it shows.
