Within 24 hours of contacted BG for an appraisal, Ben and Mason showed up, on time and quickly assessed our needs. We were emailed with a quote within 24 hours and the following day after accepting they were back to do the work on time (a little early!) And were as professional as can be. I have never dealt with a more reliable, smoothly operated company or workers before. Ben and Mason went above and beyond and pointed out other potential issues i had that weren't even Electrical related, now I finally know why my bathroom gets very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer! We had a toggle light switch that was not working for nearly a week due to malfunction issues, and this switch operates the two outside lights. I've used these electricians, and I described the problem, including photos, and they responded immediately and arrived promptly with the correct parts for replacement. They provide knowledgeable service, and I highly recommend them!
