I had a bit of an unusual problem. In my HVAC system I had a clogged A-coil that was keeping the house from getting heat. My central A/C unit is long gone, so there was no reason to keep the coil. Green Heating and Cooling came out and they were able to remove the coil and rebuild the duct above the heater with sheet metal. Everything looks good and we have flowing heat again. My in-laws had a water leak at their house that caused the gas pilot on their heating system to get wet. They couldn't get the pilot lit and we worried about them having no heat with temperatures in the low teens. We live in another state and couldn't get there to look at it for them so we called this company to come out. The tech who came out, Mario, spoke to us on the phone after he looked at the system. He told us that the system was broken, could not be repaired and that the only option was to purchase a new system. He gave us a quote of $8300. About an hour later, a neighbor/friend came over to look at the system for them too. He lit the pilot without a problem and the heat was working fine. We still worried about the system going out again, so we had another reputable company come take a look. They came out about a week later and during that time the heat worked fine. The second company that came told us that the system was fine and estimated that it would last another 10 years.

They were knowledgeable and very helpful to quickly diagnose our issue and schedule us for repairs within 1 day, which was much appreciated.
