I’m a single mom new homeowner. These guys were referred by a contractor I know. They are reasonable priced, and do a decent job. The one complaint I have is they accidentally dropped 20 gals of water while doing a repair for me. I scrambled for towels to clean up. These guys threw out several of my towels during the clean up process and didn’t say a thing to me. I discovered them in my trash cans days later. They’re not the best at cleaning up behind themselves. Removed a leaking pipe and left a few large holes in a wall of mine. Guess I’m supposed to hire someone else to finish the job?? With any contractor you hire, before they touch anything ask what they’re going to do and make clear what you want done. Never pay in full until the job is done in its entirety.

I tried repeatedly to fix a leak myself. The guys showed up and the problem was solved immediately. Friendly and competent. A+.

I used Bruce for a few jobs and he always had to come back out and fix what he did the first time. He hooked up a toilet one time, but it was leaking and caused water damage in my first floor apartment. I had him hook up the plumbing in a kitchen and bathroom and he didn't test anything before he left to see if it worked. He never turned the hot water back on after hooking everything up and tried to charge me to do it. Most recently, he screwed up a faucet install and denied buying the faucet, then tried charging me an arm and a leg to fix his own work. This guy is a disaster.
