I had some issues with two drains in my home. I called Tinneny for service and they were able to come out the next day. The plumber and office staff were professional and courteous in my home as well as on the phone. Would use them again!

back yard spicket was leaking water. had them come out the very next day - i tried to turn off a valve myself lol and created a whole other leak in my basement. they came quick, did what needed to be done - 125 to stop the leak was worth it to not have to pay for it in water bill (replaced a faulty part)

I’m a single mom new homeowner. These guys were referred by a contractor I know. They are reasonable priced, and do a decent job. The one complaint I have is they accidentally dropped 20 gals of water while doing a repair for me. I scrambled for towels to clean up. These guys threw out several of my towels during the clean up process and didn’t say a thing to me. I discovered them in my trash cans days later. They’re not the best at cleaning up behind themselves. Removed a leaking pipe and left a few large holes in a wall of mine. Guess I’m supposed to hire someone else to finish the job?? With any contractor you hire, before they touch anything ask what they’re going to do and make clear what you want done. Never pay in full until the job is done in its entirety.
