I’ve worked with dozens of different contractors over the years, but few have been nearly as great as John Snyder Plumbing and Heating. I hired them to install a very specific type of radiator throughout the first floor in my old house. Anthony and Xavier were great in troubleshooting my heating system, removing and hauling my old radiators and installing my new radiators. The installation process took longer than expected, but that was due to Anthony and Xavier taking their time and making sure that the job was done properly. They also informed me that the system may leak due to certain parts heating up and if that happened to give them a call. That type of communication was great because when having radiators installed in the past by other less reputable companies, the contractors did not inform me of this possibility which caused some panic and multiple trips out to resolve. They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. John Snyder Plumbing and heating was an excellent company to use for plumbing repairs. I needed a new water shutoff valve in my home, and with no ability to shut off the water from the street, they thought outside of the box and used a pipe freezing kit to make the swap. They were professional, extremely reasonable in pricing, and did excellent work. They additionally added a second shut off valve to bring the area up to code. It’s very clear they take pride in doing the work the right way. Anthony and Xavier were very personable and took time to explain the work to me and answer any questions I had. I will be using this company for plumbing repairs and service in the future, and encourage anyone reading this review to do the same. This company holds themselves to high standards of work.
