Bruce made his subcontractor paint the door of my grandparents' house a different stain than they wanted (solid instead of semi-transparent), against their expressed wishes, which they communicated to him clearly through his subcontractor BEFORE any painting had started. He overruled his subcontractor (who, very reasonably, had wanted to do what my grandparents had asked) without asking me.

Bruce is the most disrespectful, rude and unprofessional contractor I’ve ever used. It’s like communicating with a child - I can’t believe he talks to his customers the way he does. He’s only interested in your money and couldn’t care less about the work that gets done. He tried bullying me into getting concrete work done in the cold after I told him I wanted to wait until the spring when it was warmer and the concrete wouldn’t freeze. I needed some shelves hung in my kitchen. I was a little skeptical about hiring someone that I found on Craigslist. I'm glad I took a chance, Bruce from Pa Home Services was very nice and did everything that he said he would. My shelves were hung and it only took a couple of hours. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely be using this company again.
