They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice. Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services. Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. I can't say enough good things about Roto Rooter and the team that worked very hard to fix the issue I had with my plumbing. Thanks to Aaron and Nick for all their hard work. They kept me informed of everything that was being done and I appreciate it. I never at anytime felt like they were here to take my money.
