Contacted Universal roofing for estimate. Joe Taylor came to my house and took photos of what needed to be done. A very fair price was given and a date was set up to start my roofing project. Repair men arrived on the date that was promised and were very professional and courteous. After working very hard they finished the roofing and cleaned up and removed all materials that were left over. In addition, they took photos of the completed work which showed what was done as the contract explained. Very happy with this experience. Highly recommended! I have used Universal Roofing twice for my home. One time to replace my roof on both my main roof and sunporch and to replace the siding on my house. The team show up on time and got the job done fast! They sent me the before and after pictures so that I could see what had been done. The prices are very reasonable and comes with a warranty. Joe was my guy and he has always been very professional and honest about what I need and if there could be any potential extra costs based on the extensive damage I had. There were not any extra costs and I appreciate the honesty. I will continue to use Universal Roofing and will recommend them to anyone who needs outstanding roofing or siding services.
