They were very affordable and did a great job! My roof leak is fixed perfectly and the silver coating is helping with the summer heat. I had my siding and roof done June/July 2021 to address a leak in my indoor porch. I received quotes from several different companies and decided to go with Universal. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, nice price for the scope of work. It took about two to three weeks to get started, and about a month to complete. I wasn’t upset about the start time, seeing as there is a labor shortage and all. I was upset about how long it took to complete the job. I spoke with the owner directly throughout the process. The quality of work was an issue initially. However, the owner was very responsive, took responsibility, addressed all of my concerns, and in the end, I was very satisfied.
