A very prompt callback and excellent service response time, my issue was very minor but I was so happy at how well the service call went. In the unfortunate event that you are in need of HVAC service, do not think twice about calling SK.

Saki is very prompt & personable, a truly nice person. He doesn't keep you waiting - if anything, he'll often show up early. He's also very good at diagnosing & fixing a/c system problems. He gave me a couple of choices, explained them & made a recommendation, which I agreed with. He didn't push his opinion on me, though, and his recommendation was the less costly alternative.
