I called Thompson Plumbing when my garbage disposal broken after I had gotten a glass stuck in it. I tried clearing it myself but it still wasn't working and wasn't draining. Instead of charging me $150 for an easy fix, they walked me through it on the phone and the method worked like a charm. If I ever have any real plumbing issues they will be the first call i make from now on!

They came when I needed them. Took my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. Thank you so much. The young men who did the work were very funny. I appreciate everything they did. I wish I could've gotten their names I would mention them in this write up but they were very very nice guys.

I called Thompson Plumbing when I was not getting heat on the top floor of my three-story house. It is an old system that uses a boiler and hot water cast iron radiators. John came out and tweaked the pressure settings and bled the radiators resulting in fully warm and working system in an hour’s time. John did mention a radiator valve that may need to be replaced in the future. I highly recommend these guys. Service: Faucet repair
