We had a small, residential job. Nothing outstanding, just routine work. The gentleman who showed up was very nice and knowledgeable and took care of everything. The best part, though, was that he actually thanked me for the business when he left. He was not the owner just an employee. I can’t remember the last time, I had a tradesmen at my house who thanked me for the work.
