Josh installed a new vanity and sink in our bathroom. Our house is over 100 years old and so home improvements are always a gamble and you're bound to run into some weird happenstance. Josh worked around the odd placement of our pipes and fit the vanity in like a glove. Quick, efficient and my dog loved him so what more can you say. I hired Josh to perform several routine maintenance/repair jobs in my 85-year-old home. When he arrived, I handed him a list that I was certain would take a couple days to complete. Each job required a different skill set, including repairing grout in the bathroom, electrical repairs in the kitchen, realigning doors that wouldn't close properly, hanging a grab bar, repairing my garage door frame, cleaning the dryer vent, etc. Much to my surprise, Josh completed all of these jobs in just under four hours and was polite, professional, and friendly while he worked.
