Called and had someone here within a couple of hours, and they were able to get my furnace up and running within the day. Very grateful for the speed, and the cost was very fair. Rick was super friendly and knowledgeable!

Come up here to handle household responsibilities for my ailing father, and come to find out this company installed the furnace 22 years ago incorrectly and have sold scheduled maintenance twice a year for the entirety. Not once did they catch the mistake. Call them up and explained that I had readings of extremely high carbon dioxide readings when the furnace runs, plus how it's affecting the people and animals inside the home, and they didn't bring a single piece of equipment that would've verified dangerous conditions. The technician explained to me the combustion analyzer is too expensive to have all the technicians carry them, so they keep the one they do own in their shop for "special occasions"... when it should be done on scheduled maintenance every year before the heating season. That tells me they've never done it in 22 years of service. The technician charged me a service call fee and informed me they'll need to come back sometime next week with the proper equipment. Extreme
