Krupp Whitney Plumbing

I've had two experiences with this company, and on both occasions I was very impressed. Availability by phone during posted business hours is excellent, communication is consistently professional, and they were able to accommodate my emergent service request within 90 minutes, solving my plumbing problem within an hour of arrival and for a price that was more than fair. I will not hesitate to call Krupp Whitney in the future--its a relief to know that you have a service provider that you can trust to consistently provide a stress-free experience and get the job done.

Very responsive company. We ultimately wound up using a different plumber due to being able to schedule sooner. I must have called a dozen plumbers to try and get our burst pipe addressed and Krupp Whitney was by far the most responsive and helpful despite not being able to schedule us immediately. Can’t comment on their work but I will certainly consider them for any future and less urgent work I need done.

Prior to the sell of our home, we unfortunately failed the required water/sewer line test. Our municipality gave us 2 options: 1 - reline/replace the entirety of line to the property line (40 ft) or 2 - dig it up and replace yourself.
