Frew Plumbing Heating & AC

Once the actual service was completed we were quite happy with our new furnace. However, it was unfortunate that we had to wait about 5 days to have it installed which left us literally freezing to death awaiting heat! We experienced the coldest temperatures over that time which were -2° So by the time we had the installation we had survived a deep freeze! This is the 2nd time I have used Frew plumbing. They have gotten to my house quickly, which is wonderful since it was for burst pipes and I had to shut off water to house. They are very courteous and let me know what they are doing. I definitely recommend. Service: Plumbing leak detection

I used Frew for a couple of jobs at my new house and was not impressed. They first came out to look at a leak in my kitchen ceiling and a dysfunctional toilet. They did a decent job though I thought the bill was perhaps a little steep. Then I wanted them to install a garbage disposal and look at an issue with our gas lines. They agreed and gave me a quote. Then when I asked for a breakdown of costs between the two jobs they wouldn't give it. Their communication all around was terrible -- they were attempting to reach me at the wrong email address (with a misspelling) for weeks even after I went over it repeatedly with them to check. They didn't think to maybe suggest trying another email address when I had called multiple times after not getting their emails? Not the most brilliant problem-solving. And then finally they said inexplicably they were no longer interested in the work because a handyman put in our garbage disposal in the meantime, even though they never indicated that it wa
