Steve is great. He’s very knowledgable, thorough, and fairly priced. I’ve used him 4 times in the last 4 months on my own home as well as several rental properties. He’s done cleaning/maintenance of furnaces and ac units, and he’s also had to troubleshoot problems and fix them. Payment was quick and easy through PayPal as well.
