Amazing! Really came through when I was in a bind, and even hooked me up with a discount! My 20+ year old furnace died right before Thanksgiving, and they came through when other competitors said I had to wait until after Thanksgiving without heat during freezing temperatures. Derrick is a friendly and honest person. He doesn't try to sell you anything else and he listens to your requests and gives you different options to choose from. He will come to your house, give you free estimates, and describe the different options available. Derrick wears a mask inside and covers his shoes when entering the home. I was impressed. His price beat 3 other estimates. I only had to wait over the weekend for the install. It just gets better. I had a arrival window of 9-10am. His install crew showed up at 8:40am! At the beginning of COVID, I was blessed with the opportunity to buy a house! Little did we know that none of the utilities were working, and everything would need redone. All the radiators for heating were cracked with cracked lines too. Due to everything being shut done, our friend offered to install a split system for a very cheap price after just graduating from tech school. Say less, sign me up!
