J.A. Sauer is phenomenal. So glad we chose them for updating our building's HVAC equipment. From the site survey, planning, installation and check out, I couldn't be happier. Looking forward to having their crew complete periodic maintenance once they finish up their work. The communication is as good as their workmanship. It has been a dream working with them.
New boiler installed 10/4/2022 Turned on 10/31/2022 On Sunday, 11/27 our boiler was not heating the house on schedule. JA Sauer sent someone and fixed it. On the next day, Monday 11/28 it was not working. On Tuesday 11/29 they sent someone who said “I have to call in for a part I will be back tomorrow.” They did not come back the next day. We were without heat from Monday 11/28 to Wednesday 12/7. Eventually they got the part they needed and fixed it. It worked for 4 days. Todays date is Sunday, 12/11 and my boiler is not working. My house is cold. Again. I paid JA Sauer $7000 for a NEW boiler on October 4th and I’m realizing that if I had just let the 55 year old boiler remain in place I would be A- Warm. And B- $7000 richer. Very unhappy customer.
After talking to Mike and Stephanie at the Home Show, I called Stephanie to schedule repairs on the furnace I’ve been having issues with for two years (they are not the ones that installed it but no one else has been able to fix it). Tim came out to look at it, arrived promptly, was incredibly friendly and professional, and was quickly able to locate two different issues with the furnace that had been looked over in the past by other companies. The furnace has been operating perfectly since. Can’t say enough good things about my interactions with this company, highly recommend. Service: Heating system repair
