Our furnace went out late Monday night. We called Tuesday morning and the repair was complete by early Tuesday afternoon. We were given updates on the estimated arrival time of the repairman. Our furnace stopped working after the last polar vortex came through over the Christmas weekend. When I call they were very honest about what time they could come, if at all. But later that day a tech did arrive and found the problem, corrected it and then inspected for any other issues. He gave me some very good advice, then off he went to his next job.
