He came in and replaced my bathtub faucet handles and fixed a drain vent in my basement. He charged fair prices and didn't waste any time. In a world where any fly by night jagoff will try to scam a female customer, Mr. Chase is a breath of fresh air. He looks at the problem, makes recommendations, and lets the customer make the choice. He then gets to work and doesn't charge you for hours of chit chat and bs. He returned the work areas to their original conditions and went on his way. He's not a man of a lot of words, so he won't be your therapist. He will do the job, charge you fairly, and do the job well. Quite honestly, Mr. Chase was a blessing from God both times he did work at my house. I'm thankful to have found such an honest and no-nonsense plumber. Hire this guy for your job. You won't be sorry.
