Appointment window was set and service tech showed up at the beginning of the time frame. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had the system running again in less than 1 hour. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this company for any HVAC maintenance/service.

On one of the coldest days our furnace decided to stop working. I looked around for a heating repair and read the reviews so I decided to give them a try. It was after 6pm when I called and a little over an hour the repair man was here. He replaced our pressure valve with a part he had with him and we were up and furnace working great in 20 minutes. Parts, after hours, emergency call, repair and friendly service was $205. I wish I remembered our repair persons name as he was great. He even left the old part here. (Which as you know some will repair good parts and take them and charge for items not needed.) Amy husband is handy so prior to calling we of course YouTubed how to repair, had a few ideas of what it could be. I called figuring if I purchased the 3 parts my husband could fix it, Needless to say no where even had the parts so I was so happy they had the Goodman furnace parts on the van. Bill and his team were easy to work with. All were pleasant, professional and efficient. Patrick and Chris came to our house to install an AC unit. AC is working great and they installed google thermostat too. Bill did a great job educating me on the issue with our AC and options to fix it. Very upfront and honest. Would highly recommend.
