I called Terrys plumbing when I realized my water heater was on the fritz. The person who set up my appt over the phone was wonderful and very thorough. She also kept in touch with me during the day as she wasn’t sure if they had time the same day or if it was going to have to be the next day. She set me up for early the next morning, and the two men who came to replace the water heater were knowledgeable and quick to install it. No mess either! After a week, I’ve had zero issues and the water heater is working perfectly! I’d absolutely recommend terry’s plumbing for any issues!

From beginning to end, Terry's Plumbing did a wonderful job! Called this morning because the drain area in my basement was clogged up. The person who answered my call was courteous and quickly scheduled a plumber for later in the day. She then called me later to give me a 40 minute advance notice that the plumber was on his way. Mike arrived on time and he quickly got to work. He took care of my problem, cleaned up the area, explained the issue and the solution and gave me advice on what I can do in the future to prevent the problem from re-occurring.
