Dr. Roofer

We had an excellent experience working with Dr. Roofer on our fixer upper to replace our gutters, fix rotted wood and wrap the fascia in metal, and to replace our entire roof and reflash our chimneys. They were incredibly responsive, and the project manager even called the day I put in an inquiry to stop over to our home for measurements for a proposal. I received the proposal for the work within 24 hours. Once we signed the proposal, the team was able to start within a few business days. Dr. Roofer has a large team, so the entire gutter job was completed in two days and the entire roof was completed in another two days. We have a three year old, and the job is very noisy, so we really appreciated the promptness. The Dr. Roofer team cleaned up the worksite really well, as well - you would never know they were here! Justin and owner Jake came to the site and did a fantastic job of not only replacing the old soffit and fascia, but also replacing the rotted Yankee gutters that the previous roofers ignored and shingled over. They quoted a reasonable gutter system and had it up in under two days (3 days' total.) Their work crew were fantastic, and the workmanship was top notch. Jake was one of the few roofing people that not only called me back but was willing to see me within a couple of days. He came to give an estimate on the repair and vent installation, and also provided some advice on the overall age of the roof. He was not pressuring us but did point out areas of concern to him and why it would be concerning to him. he gave a very professional looking quote and the pricing was reasonable. When it came time to do the job, he was quick and efficient and took pictures of his work.
