The crew at ACS was very professional and kept everything clean while installing a new heating system in my home, which had a pretty complex set up. The owner, Paul, was very involved and takes pride in his company's work. Overall they were a pleasure to work with and the new system works great, huge improvement.

Another company reported a supposed "leak" in my old R-22 heat pump and insisted that I needed a $$$$ replacement. I instead went with Advanced Comfort Systems to replace my propane furnace and A/C heat pump because one of the owners (Paul) demonstrated such a high level of commitment to giving us a system that we would be happy with and was affordable. Paul was also extremely personable, willing to help, answered my questions and addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. They listened to our needs, and gave us options. There was no pressure (unlike other companies) and were responsive. Throughout the install, then entire crew was friendly, considerate, willing to explain everything and were extremely appreciative of any kindness afforded to them during the heat (i.e. Ice, water, softdrinks, etc...). I don't think that I can say enough good things about our experience with Advanced Comfort! Their customer service and workmanship were great. Everyone on the team was responsive. Their pricing is also very reasonable. We had our old furnace replaced with a new more efficient furnace and an inverted heat pump. We are very happy with the results.
