I called Thomas Edison for an electrical issue and also requested some outlets be replaced. All of the ladies I spoke with regarding scheduling were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I was surprised that they were able to send an electrician out that same day to take care of my issues. Cameron arrived promptly within the one hour time window I was provided. He was extremely courteous and had an absolutely infectious personality! He explained everything thoroughly and worked efficiently and quickly. Within an hour, all of my power was restored and the job was complete. Once Cameron left, I received a follow up phone call from the office to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience.
