My wife and I were getting estimates for replacing our roof. These estimates ranged from upper $30,000 to around $65,000 to take off all of the existing layers of roofing. Our house is over 100 years old and still has the original cedar roof on it. We also needed 2 chimneys removed due to their deterioration. My wife noticed an ad for Homeowner Funding which offered deals for homeowners on limited income and older homes. We called and their representative and Troy came out to our home and discussed their services and our options. He explained that they would be able to offer us some discounts and funding, which brought the cost down to a level that we would be able to afford. Troy referred our house as the “Munster” house due to the dormers, valleys, gables and roof ridges on our home, one that he had not seen previously. Work was start on April 19th. A team of 3 men started working on the roof, which had 4 shingled layers on top of the cedar roof itself. The chimneys were diffi
