During COVID in 2020 we had a tragedy. The front wall of our porch foundation collapsed inward causing a breech in the foundation. Having no idea what to do I asked for some referrals and a friend of mine recommended Joe Dougher. Joe came out and sized up the damage, he shored up the porch at no cost and provided me with an estimate to repair. I had 4 other contractors look at the job, and while he wasn't the cheapest, he was the only one to explain to me what happened, and why. He committed to a price to rebuild the porch. Work commenced during the fall of 2020 and Joe and his team were timely, great communicators and very respectful of my property and my wife and family. After fixing the wall, I was so impressed with their work I quoted a new porch rail and stoop, as well as a new sidewalk.. Again a reasonable cost and contracted the job. Joe and his crew did an outstanding job installing a new stamped front stoop and steps in the front of our house and a sidewalk along the side of our house to the back yard. The results were so much better than we even anticipated they would be. They arrived worked professionally, fast and tirelessly. Joe went above and beyond in how he left the property. Even brought soil to backfill the areas that had to be dug out. We would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to improve the appeal and appearance of their property.
