Everyone from the first call to the office, foreman that ran the crew, and everyone we dealt with through the whole roof install was incredibly professional. From start to finish the entire McHugh team was fantastic. The sales reprehensive was on time for the set appointment and communicated the needs of my property. The office staff was professional in explaining the entire process and helping us through the process of selecting the shingle of choice. They were having a difficult time getting samples, so they found properties in my area that had the roof we wanted, which showed how much they cared. We hired McHugh to fix a hole in our siding, and we had an excellent experience. I called in the afternoon and they were able to send someone the next business day. Rich was friendly and professional, and made sure we knew what was going on at all times. His work has held up through a couple of windstorms, and the price was extremely reasonable. We will definitely use McHugh the next time we need roof or siding work done.
